Insured Before We Quote
Every site we work on is covered by comprehensive public liability insurance, with the certificate available on request for your vendor onboarding or procurement pack. There is no charge for the paperwork and no delay in producing it, because a quote that cannot clear your onboarding process is not worth either of our time.
If your building or managing agent requires proof of cover before granting after-hours access, tell us at quote stage and we will have it with you the same day. Send your vendor onboarding form along with the enquiry and we will return it completed.
Rugs, priced into your package
Reception, foyer and executive-office rugs are covered for commercial clients on the same all-inclusive basis, priced by size in five bands from small (up to 1m × 1m) to XXL (up to 5m × 5m). One rate ladder covers every rug type, so Persian and hand-knotted pieces, which are always washed by hand rather than machine washed, cost the same as a synthetic rug of the same size. Sizes are confirmed at the site walk and built into your package. Call us and we will scope it with you.
