Schedule & frequency

We propose a cleaning calendar that suits your operations , out of hours, during low occupancy, between tenancies, or on a quarterly cycle. The schedule is agreed before pricing is finalised.

Pricing & SLA

We produce a written quote with a blended discount based on committed volume and frequency, a price-lock period, and a service level agreement covering turnaround times and response to issues. You sign a simple 12-month agreement and we begin.

From first contact to signed agreement typically takes 3–5 business days for standard scopes.

What determines the discount level

Total committed volume

Higher sqm or unit count per visit means more efficient use of technician time and equipment , savings passed on.

Frequency

Quarterly or bi-annual contracts allow us to plan resource allocation months ahead, reducing the scheduling overhead of ad-hoc work.

Contract length

12-month agreements receive better pricing than 6-month ones because they reduce commercial risk on both sides.

Service bundling

Combining carpet, upholstery, and mattress in a single visit reduces travel and setup time , a saving we share with you.

Access convenience

Sites that are easy to access, well-lit, and cleared of furniture before our arrival are priced more favourably than complex logistics jobs.

Payment terms

Clients who pay on invoice receipt (within 7 days) rather than 30-day terms receive an additional 2% pricing consideration.
