This hotel operates at high occupancy year-round and is rated four stars, which means mattress and carpet condition is reviewed by guests and featured in online ratings. Management required a cleaning partner that could work around the occupancy calendar , specifically moving suite by suite during mid-week low occupancy windows in June and over the hotel's quieter December period. The custom package was built around two full-property visits per year, with a structured schedule agreed six months in advance. Because volume and frequency were committed upfront, we were able to offer an 18% blended discount against our standard on-demand commercial rates, locked for 12 months. The hotel's facilities manager has a single point of contact and a single invoice per visit, rather than managing carpet, mattress, and upholstery as separate supplier relationships.
